- Re-implemented the ics download. The file will now be saved to /home/phablet/.local/share/schulferien.daniel/Downloads.
- Past vacation dates are now grayed out.

- Fixed data fetching: holiday dates will now be fetched and displayed on OTA-24
- External links will now open in Morph Browser

Therefore, I had to disable the ICS download feature. As soon as I have a solution for this, I will re-implement it.
