A native Ubuntu Touch client for Immich.

This app is mostly feature complete, with all functions that official Immich App has (except Auto Sync, which UT does not officially support yet)

Very nice to have such a native photo management app on Ubuntu Touch. Made me install an Immich server. (Thumbs working here without issues)
