At it's core the BSD licensed chessboardjs library is used: https://github.com/oakmac/chessboardjs/blob/master/LICENSE.md by Jeff Hlywa, Chris Oakman and others.
It also uses the MIT licensed jQuery library: https://jquery.org/license/
