About Doomsday

Be prepared for the apocalypse with Doomsday. Doomsday is an app for getting severe weather alerts and other important information from public authorities. It makes use of the KDE FOSS Warnings Server, which collects information from numerous public feeds and sends push notifications for subscribed areas.

Features:
- Realtime push notifications for up to the minute information, as published by local authorities.
- Can run unsuspended in the background, if you don't want to use push notifications but still desire near-realtime alerts about impending doom.
- Add up to 10 locations anywhere in the world, and also subscribe to alerts at your current location.
- The Doom Meter tells you exactly how apocalyptic the situation is among your watched locations.
